The property was perfectly located and well kept. Description of the property was accurate and information given prior to our stay was well communicated. Would defiantly stay here again!

Thought this home was nice and clean. Location was great. Communication with property manager not great.
After our first evening of tucking in kids in the bunk room, we realized the bunk safety guard was not a "safety guard" at all. In fact, it appeared someone tried to nail it but nails were exposed and it fell off with a simple touch. We did inform property manager on second day and STILL (a few weeks later) have not heard anything. This meant that the beds we relied on were not safe and therefore not a functioning bedroom.
Again, house was nice but the kitchen is not outfitted to accommodate the amount of guests the house states that it can. There were at most 4 water cups. When preparing family dinners, we were often left wondering where everything was? It was strange given they had 13+ plates and bowls...everything else was not existent.
For the price you pay, you'd expect some basics like laundry detergent or garbage bags but they had nothing. Also, for a beach rental, we learned from families staying around us that it is standard to have beach towels, chairs and toys for guests. This house had nothing. Bare bones.
Again, nice home but for the high price point, there are some key details that need to be addressed.
