About this house rental
Award winning remodel of 1905 historic home “The Butler House” in the heart of desirable Midtown district. 8 studios with common entrance and kitchen on quiet street, yet within a couple of blocks walk to best restaurants, craft breweries, bars, shopping and hub of activity. Each studio has smart TV, WIFI, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and Keurig.
The home has been remodeled with the traveling professional in mind. We strive to provide the comforts we enjoy when we travel. Shared fully furnished kitchen if you prefer to cook in and gas grill, picnic table and corn hole if you prefer to cook out. Two washers/dryers and iron/board in laundry. There is individual locked storage as well as large upright freezer for bulk groceries in basement. This studio has shower, no bath tub and a queen sized bed. It's filled with sunlight, two chairs/ottomans, closet with hangers, and a desk. There are two cruiser bikes available for guest use.
