The studio features a cozy queen-size bed, a comfortable chair, a desk, and a fully stocked unit with everything you need.

Friendly neighbors and on-site security ensure you feel safe and welcome. The building's prime location allows for easy walks to shows, bars, and restaurants along the Truckee River. Our front desk security/concierge is available most hours to answer questions or offer dining recommendations.
Your studio has everything you need: an iron, ironing board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dish soap, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, glasses, and an Air Fryer. All you need to bring is your food. The bathroom is also stocked with supplies and cleaning products. The queen bed is comfortable and includes storage bins underneath.
Check-in and check-out are seamless with keyless entry and a backup key. I'll be available to show you around and answer any questions.
