There is large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals that is shared amongst the studios. There is basement with individual locked storage and washer/dryers, iron, board, etc. There is also large upright freezer for extra food storage for those who like to shop in bulk or do advance meal prep. There is off street parking, built-in bbq with picnic area, corn hole and raised bed sprinklered garden. Large covered front and back porches are furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoor living Reno has to offer. Building has new heating system and air conditioning. There are two cruiser bikes for guest use. The rent includes all utilities, smart TV and WIFI so you don't need to sign up for any services.
