There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Our location was beautiful with the ocean view. The pools and hot tubs were great. The place was clean when we checked in.
Based on prior reviews, I wasn’t expecting a newly updated room. But they are in need of updates. The carpet in the bedrooms look old and in need of steam cleaning. Our refrigerator in the main room did not keep our food cold. We reported it, and the staff were very quick at looking at the refrigerator. However, their reset did not fix the issue. Fortunately, we had the small fridge in the other room to keep my dogs insulin at the required temperature.
Also in prior reviews, there was a mention of roaches, so I was on the lookout the entire time. I didn’t see any until the day before we were checking out. I saw one in the main bathroom under my makeup bag and one in the living room by the couch.
We enjoyed our stay, but probably would not stay here again.
