About this house rental
Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

The entire check in process is seemless. The owners are attentive and responsive. Our stay was perfect. This is a great location, close to everything but tucked just into a residential area. I loved this stay and I highly recommend. *We even booked extra time.

Other than great location I will not book this place again. It was not clean to begin with And states that excessive sand will have an and states that excessive sand will have an extra cleaning fee. When we walked in there were cobwebs in the corners, all the ceilings and light fixtures. My family does not wear shoes in the house, however, needed to due to the floors, being gritty and filthy.
There are many things that you need to bring with you when booking like your own pillows as they provide paper thin one, towels as they only provide one per person, toilet paper as they provide you with one full row roll, however, in my case, I got less than half of a roll,paper towels, and trash bags. Their cutlery was very old and dull so we ended up having to buy all the items listed above.
No room has closet or drawer space… this experience made my husband say we will be doing hotels from now on…the host was very a kind and responsive.
