About this house rental
Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

Awesome location! The place was clean, spacious, and has a hot tub on the sun deck. It was the perfect place to relax and within walking distance to the heart of MB. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was excellent and it was only two blocks away from the beach as described. However they didn’t mention that it was in a sketchy part of Myrtle Beach and what made it bad was that during our short stay one of the maintenance people came onto the property without notifying us and. It just happened that when he came my 15 year old daughter was home alone and on the porch and he came all the way onto the porch. I was not too far away so I came to the house and as I got to the house I saw him drive away. He scared my daughter. They had my phone numbers, email address and the app messages but they just didn’t even try to contact me before they sent the maintenance person
