Our host Martim picked us up from the Airport
He was kind enough to give us info on places to visit and restaurants to try. Travel around the Island is easy by bus although we hired a car from Futuro car hire.Very simple no hassle.
Apartment has lovely views.Clean and tidy.

The one good thing about the property were the views. The shower was mouldy and dirty. We had to buy our own hand soap as the only thing available was previously used bar soap complete with hair from a prior user. The neighbors smoked which filtered into the apartment even with the windows and doors shut. The kitchen appliances were greasy to the touch. We did not particularly enjoy our stay here.
