Great location. Close to buses and subway. Quiet, safe garden house area. A few perks like coffee filters, salt, a few coffee pods would have helped for our few night stay. Host was helpful.

Very clean…quiet/safe…comfortable beds…well-appointed kitchen complete with bottle of chilled wine…cafes, food markets, underground/bus stops within 5-10 mins walking distance…we visited the Spanish Riding School for the Lippizan performance, several Christmas markets, Belvedere Palace, several classical music concerts…Volksopera(excellent orchestra)…Central Cemetery to view graves of Beethoven, Strausses, Brahms…lots of options for transportation…Bernd was a wonderful host, who was very responsive to pre-trip questions…we definitely recommend this property for a great vacation experience!

We have a great stay at this property for four nights. Easy to get to many places in Vienna and good spots around the neighborhood. The host was great and very communicative!

There were five adults and the property was very comfortable for all. Easy walk to the subway or there is a bus at your door step. Great time in Vienna and the house helped make it that way.
