We ask you to respect the decor and layout of the flat and not to move the furniture around during your stay. With your booking, you undertake to take out civil liability insurance to cover any damage occurring during your stay, and you may be asked to provide a valid insurance certificate.
In the event of loss of keys or building or flat entrance badges, you will be billed at the current rate for the repair or opening of the door or for any damage incurred as a result.
In an eco-responsible approach, we ask you to be vigilant about water and electricity consumption, not to leave windows open when the heating is on and to moderate your use of air conditioning.
For the respect of the building's occupants, please do not slam doors or make noise at any time, particularly between 7pm and 9am. All festive gatherings and noise pollution are prohibited and will be reported to the police.
