Comfortable, well-appointed studio is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains from the front step. It’s a short, easy walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to one of my favorite towns. The fall colors were breathtaking.

Free breakfast was good. Room were big. Great experience. Please improve internet in hotel rooms. Could not access internet from Room 109. Worked with front desk to reset router, but did not work.

The unit has been fully updated, has all the necessary amenities and was clean. It was the perfect size for us as we were in Telluride to hike and do the Via Ferrata. This is just a personal preference but the bed was way too soft for us. You sunk into it the moment you sat / laid down.
You will need ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones. While this is out of the control of the owners, the upstairs neighbor was up all night into the morning both nights we stayed here. It sounded like they were moving furniture the entire time! We even had a noise machine but still could hear everything clearly. It was that loud. The owners are aware of the problem and were apologetic.
Until this is resolved or you can sleep through anything, I might skip renting.
(The noise issue was the reason we gave them a 3 rating. Not getting any sleep ruined our experience)
