About this house rental
Welcome to our Florida vacation home. We love our home and know you will too.
Upon entering the home you will find an open airy floor plan, overlooking the water.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, with modern linens, and bedding. A large dresser, two nightstands, and a walk-in closet. The sliding glass door leads to the pool and lanai, a perfect spot for quiet sunbathing and reading.
The master bathroom has two vanities, a large shower and a whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed, with glass sliding doors leading to pool and lanai. There are two side tables on either side of the bed. There is a large dresser, and closet.
The third bedroom has two single/twin sized beds. Between the two beds are 2 nightstands. There is also a large closet.
The guest bathroom contains a pedestal vanity and large shower.
The living room has a a 50 inch TV, a couch, two club chairs and a table. There is also another section, which features a fireplace, sofa, two chairs and a glass table. The living room also features the dining area.
The dining area has a cherry wood counter height table, which seats 6. A great spot for meals, games and conversations. The dining area has sliding glass doors leading into the outdoor pool/lanai area.
In the lanai/pool area you may enjoy lounging outdoors around the pool or the comfortable seating. The lanai/pool area is open to fully enjoy the outdoor living space. There is a propane gas grill available to use.
If you stroll further, you'll see why this home is in the ideal location! The wide canal directly in the backyard, allows you to see fish leaping out of the water, a dolphin, ray, even a manatee. The birds are usually playing in the canal, and the fishing is excellent right from the dock.
The kitchen is stocked and organized with plenty of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. All small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender. Dishes, pots, pans, glasses and silverware etc. are included. A perfect spot to enjoy a cup of your favorite beverage and take in the gorgeous view, would be the round glass table in the kitchen.
There is also a laundry room, with a washer and dryer, for your convenience. Linens and towels are set up, with additional, in the linen closet.
The home is located, in a quiet, full-time residential area, on a cul-de-sac street. Very close to beaches, restaurants, boating, fishing, shopping, golf courses, local parks and attractions.
The Ponce de Leon Beach and Park is only 1 mile away. It contains a beach, a mangrove boardwalk, boat launch, wildlife center, and a fishing pier.
Enjoy boat excursions or water equipment rentals from Fisherman's Village. Fisherman's Village also hosts many shops and restaurants.

First Margaret was wonderful! She helped make this a wonderful experience for me and my family! She will yours too! The house is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked with everything and anything you need. The check in was incredibly easy. If you have any questions she is full of knowledge and is ready to help any way she can!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

My family loved staying at this home! Perfect location! Very comfortable bed. Clean, quiet, and cozy. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs. Our favorite part was the pool and the breathtaking sunset and sunrise views.

The house is very nice but we would not have rented if we knew that the pool wasn't heated. The water in the pool was 70 degrees because the pool gets no sun. Margaret needs to add unheated pool to the description. Also, the 50" TV had no cable just Roku. It was impossible to get going unless you wanted to watch Netflix 24/7. No local or network stations were available. Also, they need to get blinds and curtains in the bedroom that close. It is a beautiful view....excellent in fact, but at night I don't want the people across the canal to see me in my all together. Minor adjustments and this house would be the one to rent.
