About this house rental
Colony Point is a Contemporary Coastal Design Waterfront home with quick sailboat access to Charlotte Harbor Featuring: Heated Spa and Pool, large lanai and cabana space with built in kitchen for entertaining, private 30' dock for fishing or boating (fishing poles provided) luxurious master suite and located just a short walk to Ponce De Leon Park. Other features include high quality furnishings, décor and bedding, alarm system and pool door alarms, 4 adult bikes with locks and plastic ware for the pool area. ( manager may use the boat on occasion but will give notice)

We had the most amazing experience at this VRBO. The owner was very responsive with any messages we sent him. The home was beautiful and we can’t wait to rent again!

This property is amazing !!We had three couples in our party. Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities the house has to offer.The neighborhood is great for walking, bike riding, and watching the sunsets.The downtown is a short distance. The bars and restaurants are filled with fun people enjoying being in this part of the world.We will definately be back.
