Step into your dream vacation at Kamaole Sands 6-303, located on the third floor in preferred Building 6! You will feel at home the minute you walk into this 1-bedroom 2-bath condo, which features a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. Granite counters and tile showers with fresh, luxurious towels and bedding, and an in-unit washer-dryer. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware or dine out - we are close to more than a dozen restaurants. New, chilling AC in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. King size bed in master bedroom plus queen sofa bed means 4 guests can be accommodated comfortably. Enjoy happy hour on the large lanai overlooking the 15-acre lush garden and pool area.
Directly across the street, Kamaole III Beach is one of the best family-friendly swimming beaches on the island. It has warm protected water, a wonderful snorkeling reef, and facilities. A peek-a-boo ocean view too and a short 4-minute walk to the beach to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or watching the sunset. Pack a picnic and head to many other nearby beaches or take a day trip to Lahaina or Hana. Get ready to enjoy your stay!
Kamaole III Beach, just across the street, is a sun-worshiper's delight and its' sloping lawn is the perfect venue from which to take in Maui's legendary sunrises. “Kam III” is known for excellent snorkeling and clear, warm-water swimming, and for the sea turtles that often nibble its reef. The beach park has restroom and shower facilities, and adjoins the South Maui Beach Path, which meanders for miles along Kihei's coastline. Walk North to the sand of Kamaole I and II Beaches. Head South past the Kihei Boat Ramp to Keawakapu Beach, and all the way to the Wailea Beach Path. Standup paddle and kayak right across the street, and whale-watch in the winter, right off the shore.

This is a wonderful place for our trip to Maui! The condo was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. There were also beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler to take to the beach. The grounds of the complex are beautiful. I've never stayed in Kihei, and there really is so much to do in the area. Snorkeling, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. I hope to stay here again!

We had everything we needed in the apartment for our 2 week stay with a baby. The host was extremely friendly and responsive to all our questions. The apartment felt like a home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is our 2nd year staying at this condo. Fantastic location. The apartment is well furnished. A significant plus is that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware, plus some basic ingredients, which is very helpful.

We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness(dirty furniture, bugs in the kitchen) as well as the lack of basic items such as beach towels (only 4 beach towels provided), large beach bags (I purchased my own), and a big enough cooler for a family to pack for the beach. There were also very limited beach amenities. Only chairs and umbrellas. No boogie boards or beach toys for kids.
