We really enjoyed the views and property features. Assigned parking was also very convenient. Check in and check out process went smoothly too. A significant rain storm allowed some rain to enter the 4th floor roof that soaked the sheets of two downstairs beds, but it was only a temporary issue as the rains passed. Property management was responsive to our need for clean bedding and inspection.

We landed in the middle of night to learn that the 2 BR unit we booked was given to someone else. Mgmt was able to find us another room but not what we asked for. They said they'd comp us a night which has not occurred. We moved on day 3 in order to get into something closer to our original booking. Overall, we like Kam Sands but this was a majorly botched booking procedure that really affected our stay.
