The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, a decent and relaxing space to unwind. I especially appreciated the comfort of the bed and the pleasant view. Having beach access was a great bonus and added a lot to the overall experience. The hotel itself is calm and well maintained, making the stay enjoyable.

The location is quite far from the city, which may not be ideal for everyone. The check-in and check-out process took a long time and felt hectic. Additionally, one front desk staff member’s attitude was not very welcoming, which slightly affected the experience.

The Hilton Yas Island is a high class hotel perfectly located when there are concerts at the Yas Arena. They also have one of the best steak house in the UAE.

The little coffee shop near check-in is unfortunately not very efficient. It has only one employee who has to take care of several customers at the same time. I left without ordering.

The front desk were not helpful, also the room was booked for a family of 2 adults and a child We were given twin room and also they wouldn’t budge on breakfast payment for my daughter, she’s doesn’t eat hardy anything other than a croissant or a pastry if that

Location is near by the 4 famous parks in Yas Island. Free shuttle bus provided. 4 days 3 nights there more than enough especially for my kid to enjoy everything. No need to go out to other place in Abu Dhabi. Got complimentary parks tickets also for each of family members. Excellent!

The room was far from the lift. Room no. 5134. Later when I gave feedback, I was told that a room close to the lift is available, in that case, that room should have been given earlier only. We couldn't find a mini bar in our room. We checked everywhere.

Good hotel for visiting all the parks tickets included

Amazing staff and service. Good breakfast and dinner, gluten free options and by request. We ordered a 2 bedroom suit which was big and spacious, although rooms are a bit old fashioned. We were supposed to have a balcony but we got a ground floor room which was disappointing at first (they should sell it as a different room) cause there were no private space out side room, but eventually it was nice to be close to the dining hall and have an exit straight to the pool.

Doors were hard to open, or opened alone.. a result of less maintenance but nothing big enough to complain.. pool water were cold to enter at the afternoon.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels all over the world, the Hilton Abu Dhabi is one of the very best i’ve ever stayed in for families. Brilliant location, walking distance to other bars and restaurants. But the real highlight is the staff. Every single one is incredibly helpful and friendly. A credit to the Hilton brand…if you have kids this is your hotel.

Great location - just next to the waterfront with lots of restaurants, and not too far from Yas Mall and the theme parks. The free theme park tickets offered to guests were a big positive

Not a "5 Star Resort"

Resort pools should not close at dusk as that's when the good ambient temperature starts !!! No shower gel or shampoo or conditioner in the room shower. AC control is non-existent, full hot or full freezing. I should not need to inform and chase "resort" staff to address deficiencies in quality and service.

This is not a "5 Star Resort" by any means and needs total management shake up. I'm a long standing holder of Hilton Shares and this one makes me rethink my Investment.

the overall experience was absolutely worth repeating.

My stay at the hotel was delightful in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were always friendly and smiling, and the service was quick. I loved the rich and varied breakfast buffet, and even the hair salon was a great touch.

Great location. Everything within the Yas area is easily accessible. Staff at the hotel were all fantastic, and are a credit to the hotel. The gym facilities were excellent, and the bars and restaurants were excellent and we're always busy which gave a great atmosphere to the place. First time staying at the Hilton in Yas, but would certainly stat again.

Everything was great really. Only thing I would ensure would be to book a room with a balcony with a pool view.. It makes a lot of difference if you have kids. The hotel were fantastic however and moved our room free of charge when a room become available.

Nice Vacation

The location is in the heart of the theme parks, it is very accessible and the there are free buses to go to the theme parks. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Madonna & Waruna.

The separate toilet requires more air circulation inside :(
