Great location, nice and pretty hotel, great rooftop bar. The shower in the room was very nice and we enjoyed the nicely scented toiletries.
The breakfast took very long (you had to budget at least an hour wait most days), which made planning the day a little more stressful, the room was small (no space to fully open a big suitcase) and not very logically laid out (shower next to the bed).

Pool was closed at 5pm because of an event which was really unfair and not communicated to us

If you like Poblado, the location is perfect. I had one breakfast from three because of early starts and it was good, albeit with table service off a limited set menu.
Check in was a lengthy mess. The hotel is on a log1jammed main access road into Poblado. Traffic is noisy. The bar attracts a hip young crowd from Colombia. If that’s your thing, fine, but if you want a meal at night and a cold beer before bed, forget it. Overpriced drinks, loud music and no seating. Music and laughter can be heard until late through walls and floors .
