Great location, amazing restaurant fresh food great sushi, very kind and helpful staff
The Air conditioning was not working on our floor and it was super hot and humid. We had to switch rooms and the one we switched to was SUPER cold and they told us that it was also broken and they could not control the temperature.

Very central to everything! Loved that breakfast was included and great quality food. Rooftop bar was amazing!
Bed was comfortable. The shower was great! Room was beautiful!
It would have been nice to have closets to hang our clothes. There was AC issues in the rooms but the staff kindly addressed it.
The Asian restaurant on the first floor was not very good. I requested a steak to be cooked medium well, the steak came really raw, I sent it back to be properly cooked, and came back the same way just seared on the sides. The menu at the restaurant was very difficult to understand as well.

Nice design of the building and rooms, kind staff.
The room was way too small and uncomfortable for two people. Certain aspects of the bathroom did not look clean. The mini bar had two beers and a gatorade only. The lighting and curtain system which is controlled by an app is very just confusing and unnecessary. The food at the restaurant was quite pricey and proved to be just average at best.
This hotel strives to be and charges customers like it's a 5 star hotel when it could easily be regarded as a pretty looking, nicely designed 3 star.
