The room I had face the main intersection, the room had little sound proof from the outside, so noise travel as if there are no walls. From car honking, high rate of vehicle, and street vendors, you can hear everything. not so bad during the day, weekends its very lively late into the night. I was travelling alone so I didn't mind it too much. Not an ideal room if you are looking to sleep without noise.

We had a perfectly sized and well equipped apartment for a couple like us. Everything was clean and all appliances were working. Ivan had sent us all necessary information the day before, welcomed us and explained everything. As mentioned by other guests, Casa del Reloj is at the corner of one of the the main roads and one of the party roads (those are blocked for cars, so pedestrians only) so it can sometimes be noisy outside. But our bedroom was behind the kitchen/living room so it didn't bother us at all. We used the advantage of the location, walked out a couple of times each day to explore Poblado and came back in-between to enjoy a coffee or tea or take a nap 'at home'.

Nothing

The dryer wasn't working, but they arranged to have the housekeeper do our laundry, so everything worked out well. The location is excellent for bars and restaurants, but it's a long uphill and downhill walk to and from the Metro, so be prepared to take Uber or taxis. They are very inexpensive.

i have stayed here multiple times. very helpful staff, great location, safe, walking distance from eateries.

can get noisy, due to other guests. does not have many amenities.
