Great customer service, the hotel is under construction at this time, but the hours are 9am-5pm so it doesn't interfere with sleep. It is right in the Provenza passage to all the clubs and restaurants.

The room was in good condition. But the bathroom face basin only had cold water. In the shower, there was no body soap and no place to put either soap or conditioner.
There was a bar to hang clothes but no hangers. King size bed too large for room. No space to move around. Only one bedside table.
