This amazing vacation rental has incredible views of the Gulf's emerald waters and shimmering sugar white sands from every room. The coastal décor makes you feel right at home. This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4, two in the beachfront king bed and two on the beach front queen sleeper sofa. The large closets offer plenty of storage for your suitcases and clothing.

Your bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a toilet and a single vanity. There's a hair dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible from he master bedroom and the great room.
Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, beach swings, charcoal barbecues with picnic tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard and an on-site fitness center.

Clean and very well laid out. Previously stayed in a different unit at the sunbird and the bedroom was very stuffy so this unit was refreshing and didn’t feel crammed at all. I will say the bathroom doors do not latch correctly and that was frustrating and the shower curtain liner desperately needs replaced. Other than that it was nice for our little stay.

Property Manager-Emerald Properties was spot on for communication and helping out on anything. Upon arrival Fridge was not powering on, maintenance was called and they finally figured out someone had unplugged it(was in a small space and couldn't see plug). View was great and Security kept eye on property at all times.

Room hasn’t been painted in a good while. A lot of water bugs. Couches smelled of mold which I’m highly allergic too so I couldn’t sit in living room. Bed was good and a/c and fridge worked good. With some less bugs some paint and new couches would have been perfect but not really what we expected at all. View was great also
