Location was great.
The beds need updated. Mattress in the main bedroom was too small for the box spring and was upside down when we arrived (rough grippy texture meant for a frame only bed). Our entire set up of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach tarps) was stolen while we were up in the condo for a short amount of time, thankfully it was our last day.

Although it was the middle of spring break, in a very high impact area, knowing the gate was secured and keeping the parking lot safe, and having private access to/from the beach seems to help keep a little beach traffic down in the general vicinity
Only one elevator was working in the building. Things still ran pretty smoothly with only the one working elevator.

Great location, amazing view, comfortable and clean. Staff and security were amazing, especially during spring break. Was very quiet and peaceful at night also.
Add curtains to the bedroom window due to lights shining in most of the night and in the living room. Maybe add extra blankets. Asked a question about the door code, but did not get a response. Seemed only like automated answers.

The overall property was nice. One pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t.
The bed in our condo was NOT comfortable. It felt like we were rolling into each other in the middle and it was hard to get out of. The floors were not very clean as you could tell if you walked around in socks or barefoot.
