Хорошее расположение в центре, уютно, есть все необходимое
Всегда слышно метро под вами, слив в душе и раковине плохой, вода не уходит, заселение с 3, было бы супер хотя бы с 2, странный запах

Сонячна сторона, в квартирі тепло, чисто.
В квартирі всього одна кастрюлька трилітрова. Не дуже зручно готувати каву.

- БОЙЛЕР! Надто маленький. Бойлер розрахований на одну людину. Бажаєте помитись вдвох - мийтесь літньою водою і не більше декількох хвилин на особу, або чекайте, поки він знову нагріється;
- шум метро - по звучанню як ракета пролітає;
- зламані дверцята в душовій кабіні.

Местоположение апартаментов
Сильно течет душевая кабина , как треснувшая , после каждого принятия душа , нужно полотенцем витерать лужу. Так же не работает одна дверь кабины .Пробема с газовой плитой , также не работает .
