About this apartment rental
In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Nice private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. This is a super nice apartment. Well laid out, bigger than you expect. Comfortable beds, good shower water pressure, safe and easy parking, and an excellent location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go from this location. Host was very communicative and available (but everything was just fine and we didn’t need a thing).

This property is in a great location! Walkable to everything in historic Savannah. The included parking space was very nice to have. We had a couple of minor issues and they were resolved quickly. We would happily book here again. Love Savannah!

It was comfortable. Had a bit of a musty odor until the air conditioning was set to a lower temp. The tub/shower could use some updating. Overall I would stay there again
