Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds + Ensuite with a step in shower.

Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, you must contact the host before booking; host approval is required.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest health and safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.
Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

We were very impressed with our stay at beach colony 18B. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked! Beds are comfortable, views great. Appreciate the included beach chairs. Common areas/parking are well maintained.

Being close to the beaches was nice but the accommodations were magnificent. The condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony listening to the surf and watching beautiful sunsets and moonlight nights. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation stay.

The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. We found the couch to be useless because is was broken. The master mattress was old and very uncomfortable. A foam topper just made it worse. The dining table chairs were too short for the table.
