This renovated Penthouse level 18th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company on Navarre Beach.
Resort Amenities include pool, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 2 Full beds in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLEMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre Beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddleboarding for a day of fun in the sun.
We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. A rental agreement is required; all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING doorbell camera.
For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play and highchair, these are available in the unit. We also offer a foldable stroller on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow the stroller, please call to reserve at least 3 days in advance.

Being close to the beaches was nice but the accommodations were magnificent. The condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony listening to the surf and watching beautiful sunsets and moonlight nights. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation stay.

Excellent, great accommodations. the view is excellent and nice because out of sun during late afternoon.

The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were nice. We found the couch to be useless because is was broken. The master mattress was old and very uncomfortable. A foam topper just made it worse. The dining table chairs were too short for the table.
