Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . - Huge wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom.
Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit.
The view was great. Unit has lots of space.
