This luxury 18th floor penthouse level condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony Resort

Resort Amenities include pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 1 queen size bed + 1 full size bed in the second ensuite bedroom.
Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.
Guest will find a complimentary gift upon arrival in the unit and two (2) parking permits.
Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

The condo and property were clean, neat and well maintained. Water pressure was great and always had hot water. We had no property management interaction, so I gave that a "3" (middle). The WIFI was terrible so not conducive to a business get-a-way. The parking garage pre-marked spaces need to be larger...too difficult to read without getting out (we couldn't find our space so we parked on the top floor). Plenty of restaurants close by and the food was great. We have stayed in Navarre before and plan to return. I would recommend this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was great. The only issue we had was the sliding balcony door in the living room was extremely hard to open and close. We would definitely stay here again.

This property and location was FANTASTIC! I could not think of a more perfect setup. The only minus, for a leisurely cigar smoker like myself, was the no smoking outside on the balcony part. I totally understand inside the residence, but outside with THAT VIEW and a bourbon, the cigar would have been the second ice cream on the icing cake! The room were so clean and well maintained. The amenities included like the washer/dryer, pool access, beach access with 2 chair and umbrella, and the full kitchen with microwave and Keurig were AMAZING! I will definitely be recommending and staying again in the future.
