About this apartment rental
Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Amenities were well stocked. Beautiful area. Only issue was because it is an older building, you could hear lots of noise from the neighbors above.

The apartment was beautiful. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The washer had supplies even though we brought our own. Plenty of bathroom supplies. Decorated very cute. Loved the living room. Great location on a quiet street. Highly recommend it. We were in the second floor apartment. Easy access

Lovely location. We were in walking distance of most places we wanted to see. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The free parking made things so much easier. I definitely would stay here again.

Great location and home! Our only complaint was the loud noise the HVAC system made when it was running. It kept my wife up at night.
