The location was not right downtown but made everything easily accessible. The property was VERY clean and for what it’s worth well appointed and decorated. Everything worked (I.e appliances, showers/bathrooms, lights, plugs etc etc) which is not always the case on these type of rentals from my experience. The kitchen had every utensil and cooking item imaginable which was nice. AC was good although the upstairs did struggle with cooling a bit but it’s an old house and it was super hot outside so it was fine.

Most of the issues were personal preference so not really a knock on the property just something to think about. You could hear every single sound from the outside inside the house be it cars (the road outside was heavily used) or even just people or birds. Not a knock on the property but just something to think about. The living room area is quite small more than 4-5 people would be a squeeze (we had 2 adults and a child). Again not technically a negative just an observation.
