About this house rental
Beautiful new build, great location and amenities AND you work directly with the owner! This gorgeous 1 Bedroom/1Bath elegant log getaway is complimented with the best of amenities. Large living area with huge flat screen SmartTV. In the open area is a dining table and large kitchen with island bar, with all the amenities and conveniences of home. The kitchen and all its feature stand out with all stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and all the extras to have an enjoyable time and awesome cooking experience. The large king bedroom with flat screen SmartTV and full bath, including whirlpool tub, has an extra-special feature- a large magnificent two person stone shower with dual shower heads, rainmaker and seating along the sides. You may end up spending your entire trip in this incredible shower! Along with the amenities inside, you will find the same luxury setting on the outside porch. The deck is equipped with a large flat screen SmartTV, built in stone gas fireplace, luxury deck furniture, hot tub and wooded mountain view. Bonus- there is also a stream that runs below the property, so you're able to hear the calm sounds of mountain water trickling by as you relax and unwind outside. Association pools and other facilities are available as well in season. All in all one of the finest one bedrooms in the area. Outside park grill is available and there is adequate parking for two vehicles. This luxury cabin is located just 1 mile from the Welcome Center and 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park, 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and all the activities.

Great place to stay! Clean and neat. It was easy to find and instructions were easy to follow. The shower is amazing!!!! The remotes for the bedroom and deck TV’s were missing but we were able to download an app to use. The alarm system was a bit temperamental but we were able to use it. Over all a great experience! Would recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed here for a private getaway in April. It wasn’t too far up the mountain, which made it conveniently located, but did sacrifice the view (only a small amount). I do want to note the description mentioned a keurig coffee maker, but it was a regular drip pot which I think coffee drinkers like myself may need to know ahead of time. I bought k-cups specifically for it and then had to go out and buy ground coffee instead, no biggie just something to note for your reference. The bedroom door doesn’t latch, which isn’t a big deal for just a couple staying there, but the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way at all and may be slightly uncomfortable for some with it being the only bathroom in the house. Other than the door situation and the coffee maker confusion, the house was exactly as listed. It was on a quiet side street with hardly any traffic which gave us the privacy we had hoped for. The shower, hot tub, and jacuzzi tub really are the stars of the house for ultimate relaxation.

Ghosted by the owner. I was making perfect contact with the owner from the beginning. She contacted me only after i had already gone through VRBO Care after check out.First issue I texted about was the microwave not working and there was an ant problem. The owner did not respond with any cause for concern (i will have these things addressed was the response). At that point the ant situation seemed minor, so I went on to try and enjoy my husbands birthday weekend. I texted her a day later letting her know that the toilet was broken, and in order to flush, we had to do it manually through the tank. Never received any response. Then ants started falling on me while I slept. Needlessto say, I'm going home exhausted. This place needs to be bombed for bugs 100%. At this point I was helped out by VRBO and just want to forget this place all together. The sad thing is, it's a cute place, in a great location, I just think they do the bare minimum to get by. Read other reviews before you book, I wish I had. There was another person that mentioned ants over A MONTH AGO. Actual list of issues: Microwave broken handle (does not work).Rain shower head broken, we put a zip tie on it which helped from getting water boarded in the shower. The mattress was so old. We even rotated it ourselves, we both have back problems and the old worn out bed didn't help. MAJOR carpenter ant issue.Hot tub was low on water and only some of the jets worked. Ac return vent was Covered in dust.
