The Foss Suite is ideal for couples, as well as families and business trips!
Located just a 5-minute walk from the famous York Shambles you have the advantage of being the city centre but still in peaceful surroundings.
The highlight of this apartment is the views of the River Foss, with two huge windows making this the focal part of this property.
Only recently renovated you can enjoy a spotlessly clean stay with high-quality furniture and fittings as well as a rainfall shower and modern kitchen with all the utensils you would need to cook a meal.
This stylish apartment has a double bed made with luxury hotel standard bed linen and towels.
PARKING in York is like gold dust! Unfortunately, we don't have a guaranteed parking space available but there is a pay and display car park at the apartment. We are also lucky enough to be 150 meters walk away from the Shambles Q Park. When you book with us we will give you full instructions. And once you arrive and park, you are so central to everything, there is no need to use your car again.
The ‘ChocoLets’ apartments are all based in the old Rowntree’s chocolate warehouse.
Now known as Nestle.
Originally one of the largest flour mills in Europe in 1860. The building was situated between the river Foss and Wormald’s cut, The mill closed in 1930 and in 1935 it became the Rowntree and Co’s Navigation Warehouse and now has been extensively renovated into luxury apartments.

Was five munute walk away from centre so cant go wrong.was a really hot few days but the apartment had a lovely fan that did the job well .would definitely recomend .

Amazing location and beautiful view. I would stay here every time I come to York. The property management was slightly unaccommodating and disappointing. I was made to feel bad about wanting an extra blanket and then charged 40 pounds for the use is of a sheet. I may not have understood the rules but it felt a little extreme. So please be very careful in your use of the space. They will pinch you for your money. Otherwise I recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed it.
