We liked having the double aspect balconies and the top floor location. There were multiple options for all of our family to sit or relax. The location is excellent with a patisserie and supermarkets very close by. The flat was very well equipped with everything you might need.
The bathrooms have no ventilation. The hand held shower and curtain are a very dated choice. This could easily be fixed with a screen and another hook to loop the shower head in to. The recycling bins were locked and needed a key which we were not given.

Отличное месторасположение, все рядом. Очень понравилось, что прямо в доме есть кофейня и супермаркет. Также понравилось, что в квартире есть все необходимое.
Было не очень чисто. Когда мы заехали, за унитазом валялась втулка от туалетной бумаги,следовательно, там никто не убирал. Было бы здорово сделать там генеральную уборку. У нас не работала стиральная машина и выяснили мы это уже в процессе стирки. Менеджер пригласил мастера,но он ее не отремонтировал.

The apartment needed updating There was a lot of homeless people at the entrance begging and sometimes noisy at night
