Great location! In a quiet and nice neighborhood, but minutes away from MAYA and One Nimman. The house, tastefully decorated, is beyond beautiful and well kept.

Very well equipped property which also provided bottled, drinking water and distilled water for us. Our host also came to visit to help us with an issue, had a very quick response time and was very attentive. Air conditioned throughout.
Some lights weren’t working and we had to change a bulb. The ground floor doesn’t have any curtains for privacy. The lock didn’t feel the most secure but it turned out to be a relatively safe neighbourhood.

Located at quiet residential soi but at the same time very close to happening area, such as Maya shopping mall, one nimman, massage shops and mini mart etc.
It's semi-guarded landed house area with very nice neighbourhood. Therefore, I felt even more safer.
House was very clean, they've got everything you need.
Mr.Ai was very responsible and helpful, replied quite quickly everytime I have questions.
Too bad we couldn't stay longer. I can highly recommend people who will be visiting Chiangmai!

The property is very near to shopping center, coffee shops, restaurants.
The faucet is not in a good condition. The lock of the washroom door is not good. There are ants everywhere.
