Exceptional

The rooms in the apartment are large and with new furniture. All appliances are like new. The towels are white and large. Very important that the water faucets are new and high quality and the water flow is very quiet. Neighbors cannot hear you showering or washing the dishes. The curtains at the windows are blackout and can be used to block the morning sun. The soap and the dishwashing detergent are provided by the host. Good smart TV with a large variety of channels. I saw it knows to run the Netflix app and other streaming options. The keys are in a safe outside the building and you get the coordinates and the code via email right before or during your arrival. Make sure you are connected to internet to check for emails or phone the host using the number printed on the front door.

The bathroom did not have a toilet cleaning chemical. You could only clean the toilet using the brush and water. For a day or two stay, it may be ok. We stayed a week and we used our own chemical stuff that we bring "just in case". We did not expect that there would be none at this location.

A great Velingrad option

An amazing new property that ticks (nearly) all the boxes and is a very comfortable pace to stay. It is spotlessly clean, in a quiet location, toasty warm in the winter months and close by (walking distance) to some of the city's main hot springs - which is, after all, the main reason to visit Velingrad. Communciation with the host was easy and efficient, and the apartment was very well-priced for the standard of comfort it offered.

The kitchen could do with just a few small extras (such as a larger cooking pot or two - the ones provided are extremely small), and it would be nice if the bedroom had the option of an extra pillow (the ones provided were very thin). Also, the washin machine was not connected to either the water or electricity, so these small issues are ones that, hoprfully, will be addressed.
