Апартамента е чист, светъл и приветлив. Всичко беше на ниво. Липсваха само халати,за които си заплатихме към хотела. Намира се на топ място, удобно и близо до всичко.

חשוב לציין כי לא מדובר במלון !!! מדובר בדירת 2 חדרים הממוקמת בבניין מגורים כ 150-200 מטר ממלון. הגענו בערב ונאלצנו לחכות כחצי שעה עד שמישהו ילווה אותנו לדירה. החלונות והמרפסת מופנים לכביש ראשי. רעש מכוניות נוראי עד השעות המאוחרות בלילה ומשעות מוקדמות בבוקר. אויר מזוהם עד כדי כך שלא הצלחנו לפתוח חלון/מרפסת. לא אחזור למקום הזה.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Velingrad

Das gut ausgestattete Apartment mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Balkon liegt schräg gegenüber dem 5-Sterne-Hotel Rich, in dem auch ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten wird. Als Gäste des Apartments kann man kostenlos die Badelandschaft des Hotels nutzen – mit Außenpool, Jacuzzi, Innenschwimmbad, vier Becken mit warmem Wasser aus den Heilquellen, zwei kleinen Saunen und einem kleinen türkischen Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel trägt zwar fünf Sterne, diese sind aber nicht mit einem westeuropäischen Standard zu vergleichen – was man bei den sehr günstigen Preisen auch nicht erwarten sollte. Im Bade- und Saunabereich geht es zudem etwas anders zu, als man es von zu Hause kennt: In der Sauna wird Badebekleidung getragen, ohne ein Handtuch als Unterlage. Textilfrei würde vermutlich einen größeren Polizeieinsatz auslösen😉 Uns hat es in Velingrad, der „SPA Capital of the Balkans“, sehr gut gefallen. Empfehlenswert sind das ausgezeichnete bulgarische Restaurant Lukovitsa (direkt gegenüber vom Hotel Rich), der Besuch der Festung Tsepina sowie eine Fahrt mit der Rhodopenbahn.

Изключително сме доволни от всичко, прекарахме си прекрасна ваканция, въпреки дъждовното време! Апартаментът е удобен и чист с всичко необходимо. Допълнително ни предоставяха чисти хавлии и консумативи без да ни притесняват. Допуснаха ни в апартамента с нашите две кученца, за които дори не се заплащаше. Апартаментът е в близост до хотела, където ползвахме спа-центъра и закусвахме. Закуската е много богата. Спа центъра е на много добро ниво с минерална вода от различни извори. Беше много романтично да си потопен в топла минерална вода, докато си вали дъжд. Не на последно място персоналът е любезен и откликват на всички нужди. Изпратиха ни веднага очила, които бяхме забравили след, като тръгнахме. Препоръчваме ги и благодарим за всичко!
