The appartment was absolutely exceptional, Iliana the host was amazing, she even sent me short videos about everything on WhatsUp, the driveway, how to use the lockbox, which one is our appartment, etc. This is an 11 out of 10 place, highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment near the city center

The pictures reflect the high quality of the apartment. Comfortable large couch in the room, comfortable mattress in the bedroom. On the downside, the apartment is a bit small and there is only one medium size closet for vertical storage of clothes. Thus luggages and clothes have little room for storage. But it is manageable. The bathroom is well cleaned, the shower is quiet and there are about 6 hooks to place your towels and clothes. In the kitchen there are a large pan, a small pot, a large pot, a few bowls made of plastic, ceramic and glass and many dishes, cups and glasses. There is a medium sized smart TV in the room with more than 100 channels. The Internet worked very well and at high speed as it is used only by this apartment and not shared with others. There are large trees in the front of the windows and the sun hardly can be seen, thus there is shadow all the time but you get no panoramic views. There is a lift in the building but the apartment is located at the 1st floor above the ground with a few stairs to climb. There is a restaurant at the ground floor, next to the entrance in the building but the apartment is facing the other side of the building and the smell does not reach inside the apartment. However, the ground level smells all the time. There was no music from that place. The city center is very close, about 500 m away. The parking is available near the building but it is not reservation-based. Washing machine works very well, there are also hairdryer and iron. The air conditioning is very quiet, high quality Mitsubishi.

There is a school in the front of the building and the apartment is facing it. In the morning, starting 7:40am, parents bring their kids at school by the car. And the narrow street becomes very crowded, noisy and the air very polluted. Don't air the room between 7:30 and 9:00 am when the schools are open. Lots of cars are german diesel with poor filtration.

Very helpful and friendly host and excellent apartment and location. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I loved the little details such as the candles, decorative cups and jars, and cookbooks. I would stay in this accommodation again and definitely recommend it to others.

Въпреки че имаше климатик и конвектор помещението беше студено. В банята електрическата лира и беше отрязян кабела и беше много студена. Нямаше възможност да се затопли . С бойлера най вероятно има проблем. Испуска налягане през възвратния глапан ( пара). Което ме накара да го изключвам постояно за да не гръмне което пък водеше до не чак толкова топла вода постоянно. Играех го "термозащита" тъй като не бях сигорен дали заводската ще се задейства. На смесителя в кухнята също трябва да и се обърне внимание.Поне да се затегне за да не се върни заедно с лостчето за пускане на водата. Спалното бельо(чершафите) за разстегателния диван ако може поне да отговаря на размера на дивана. Въпреки всичко написано от мен по горе престоя ни беше добър.

Всичко беше отлично

Мястото за настаняване е на много удобно място. Има къде да се паркира в района. Намира се в боров парк на 2 минути от центъра. В сградата има ресторант, а в близост има и други заведения за хранене. Апартамента беше много топъл и уютен.Вземането на ключа беше много лесно и удобно. Комуникацията с домакините беше безпроблемна. Отново ще се върнем там.
