*Please be advised that Sargassum seaweed may be present on the beach as the Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, there may be an unpleasant odor and the beach will not be accessible. The resort may provide transportation to a nearby beach while the resort beach is temporarily closed.*

The onsite market offers ice cream, sandwiches, and other quick grab items perfect to take with you on a boat excursion or eat poolside.
Coki Beach is within walking distance and offers great snorkeling and local food trucks.
All units come complete with a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction maker!

The Studio Plus Suite has a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa in an open area with a bathroom, living room with dining room table, and partial kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and flatware, and toaster). General amenities: Wi-Fi, balcony/deck, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Max occupancy 4, 503 sq. feet.
Studio Plus suites are located on the hillside near the rooftop pool and swim up bar.
**Please note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit but the resort does have an onsite laundry room.**

If you have a preference for a specific building, floor, view, or proximity to another guest(s) you can reach out to the resort directly after you have received your final confirmation 2 weeks prior to check-in. We had a great stay at Margaritaville resort. The condo was really clean, spaceious, nicely decorated. The view from the balcoby was beautiful. The top pool was super and the bartender there was really friendly. Andrea, our host was very nice and always fast to respond the only negative thing we can Say is that the staff on the resort was not very helpful och friendly. But overall we had an amazing stay and wouldbe very happy to come again.

The resort is pretty but everything is on a hill so if you have issues with walking you will not like this resort. We did not mind hiking up hill to get to our room or the pool. The rooms say kitchenette but look close because there's is NO stove so it really isn't a true kitchenette. There is a microwave and refrigerator. My biggest problem was the bug infestation. We slept under the covers and still got chewed up. For keeping the room closed the whole time I am not sure how there were so many mosquitoes. The bed is uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. The restaurant was good but he prepared to spend alot of money and you may or may not get something you ordered to drink with your food. The beach was not usable because of the seaweed. Although coki beach is a short walk from resort. Overall I would not return to this resort.
