About this villa rental
Overlooking the town of Todi, and with a magnificent view of the surrounding valleys, lies Villa I Grifoni. The villa boasts a spectacular - south-facing - garden and olive grove, a large outdoor pool, a traditional pizza oven, and ample opportunity for outside dining and lounging. With excellent WIFI across the property, in- and outdoor cinema facilities, a large open fire, and a lavishly equipped kitchen, I Grifoni offers luxury and entertainment for all ages.
The villa boasts 5 double bedrooms and a sofa bedroom, all with their private ensuite bathroom, a large living room with open fire, and an open space dining room with a massive, 12-seat dining table. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, while the kitchen holds all possible amenities like an American-style fridge with ice-maker, a microwave, a Jura beans grinding- and a Nespresso-coffeemaker, and a bread baking machine.
A Sonos sound system provides indoor and outdoor streaming music. Satellite tv with 200+ channels and broadband internet are available. At the top of the garden, the property has a covered games platform, that is equipped with a table-tennis table. Covered parking is available on the property, which is secured by a gate and 24/7 video surveillance.

This home was truly spectacular. Communication with Elisabeth and Sylvia was easy, and they were always available with a quick response. We were greeted upon arrival by the property manager, Sylvia. She was warm and welcoming and gave us a tour of the property. The home was immaculately clean. The house and the grounds are well cared for. The location was secluded and quiet, but also within walking distance to a few excellent restaurants that the host recommended. The house was even better than described in the listing, and the pictures do not do it justice. Looking forward to our next stay which will hopefully be longer than this one. I could not recommend this house more. The view is sensational, and truly cannot be put into words.

Een mooie, rustig gelegen luxe villa met alle voorzieningen aanwezig en een prachtig uitzicht.
De woning is centraal gelegen in Umbrië, er zijn veel mogelijkheden om Umbrië te verkennen.
