On the first floor: living room with fireplace, open to the dining room with another fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
A bathroom with shower, and a room with a bunk bed.
On the first floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; double bedroom with a single bed added; double bedroom overlooking the hill of Todi.

The porch surrounds the house and on the side of the kitchen there is a table equipped with benches that seats up to 13 people seated.
The annex a few meters from the main building consists of a lounge with kitchenette.

The house (both the main house and the guest house) worked great for our group. Kids loved the lawns, it is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk up the hill to town, and it is well located for day trips to all of Umbria’s sights.
