At only 1,5km from the nearest center: a medieval village with, in addition to two supermarkets and bars and one of the restaurants most frequented in the area.
In addition, the village in August is home to a characteristic medieval festival.
Most important: Within 3Km you can find pharmacies, spas, clay pigeon shooting and also an equestrian center that organizes walks in the surrounding countryside.
Todi is only 8 km from the farmhouse and within 30 km you can reach the centers of Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Assisi and Deruda.

The house is on three levels with the addition of a depandance a few meters from the main building.
Four of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor: two with ensuite bathroom and two with shared bathroom.
Furthermore, the fifth bedroom is in the depandance with a bathroom, living room and private patio.
Living room, dining room, relaxation room and kitchen are all on the ground floor facing the outdoor patio with a view.
The level below houses the gym and a bathroom that serves the infinity pool (180sqm) with whirlpool.
