The villa is ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend their holidays alternating cultural outings to historic towns like Perugia and Assisi with sports such as golf or boat trips on Lake Trasimeno. The most famous towns in southern Tuscany such as Arezzo, Chiusi, Montepulciano and others are within easy reach. The building dates back to the early 20th century keeping all the allure of that era.
