Blue Vue is perfect for your family get together with its modern and open design, convenient ELEVATOR, huge covered porches, and heated* private pool with adjacent bar and and dining area.

Bring your friends because there is tons of space to stretch out. Have drinks or dine in one of two outdoor dining areas or in the custom kitchen nook, or at the large family-style dining table or pull up a stool at the long kitchen peninsula.

It's a chefs kitchen; rare quartzite/dolomite countertops with waterfall edges accented by hand poured Italian tile. Enjoy two full sized refrigerators, two dishwashers, an air fryer, cappucino/latte machine, crockpot, professional chefs knives, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker.

There is also a matching, separate bar area with beverage cooler, blender and storage so you can grab a drink without getting in the way of the chefs!

Pool. Pool. Pool; it is 40 feet x 18 feet, so in a word HUGE. Chill (literally under the ceiling fan) in the MERMAID LOUNGE which is the bar and dining area next to the pool deck. It has a full sized refrigerator with ice maker and large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or sports. A powder room is adjacent so no need to go back upstairs. There are two outdoor showers - one at the pool and one in a privacy enclosure for your convenience when coming back from the beach. Beach towels are provided and there's tons of storage space on the ground floor.

The two master bedroom suites on the top floor have the feel of a luxury boutique-hotel with expansive views, custom king beds with pillow-top mattresses and high thread count cotton sheets. Large bathrooms feature custom tiled, walk-in showers with waterfall shower towers.

Blue Vue sleeps 20 guests in luxury hotel quality beds. In addition to the two King Suites on the second floor, on the first floor, there are two King Rooms with private vanity and toilet and shared shower/tub. And two bedrooms with full/queen bunk beds as well as two, unique built-in single bunks. All bedrooms have their own 50" or 55" HDTVs in addition to the HDTVs in the great room and in the pool bar. In total, 4 rooms with King beds and 2 rooms with full/queen bunk and two built-in single bunk beds.
