A comfortable well stocked apartment retreat hosted by a gracious host.

The host went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The fridge was fully stocked full of treats and drinks. The apartment has everything you can possibly need while on vacation including a washing machine! And we love the terrace. Such a great place to have breakfast & to unwind after a busy day!

Just perfect in every way

Everything was better than perfect. Whilst out of the city centre the bus passes worked like a dream and the bus stop was right outside the door.

There was nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

Exceptional stay with an equally exceptional host

The host, Maria, was an exceptionally kind hearted woman and welcomed us heartily. She didn't let the language barrier become an issue and went out of her way to help us with everything. We had everything we needed for the stay and to our surprise, we had a fridge stocked with goodies, chocolates and snacks in the kitchen. Parma center is only 15 minutes away by bus and the neighborhood of the apartment is really quiet and peaceful for a relaxing stay.

Heel net appartement, ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. Heel vriendelijke host.

Het is een zeer vriendelijke dame, kraaknet appartement, zeer goed uitgerust, gevulde ijskast en frigo met zelfs ijsjes erin. Parking voldoende in de straat. Het is nogal prijzig, maar het lijkt voor Parma een correcte prijs.

Un GRAND merci à Alice pour son accueil ! L'appartement est grand, agréable dans un quartier calme avec la possibilité de se garer dans la rue en dessous. La terrasse est aussi grande et très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Alice vous met à l'aise et est aux petits soins pour vous.. Jus de fruit, lait, croissants, biscuits... Dans la salle de bain vous avez des gels douche, des shampooings et même des peignoirs ! Je recommande mille fois de séjourner ici ! 12/10 !!

Pusryčiams buvo pilnas šaldytuvas produktų, įskaitant šviežias daržoves ir vaisius. Labai maloni šeimininkė, nors nekalbėjo angliškai, bet per telefoninį vertėją viską puikiai paaiškino. Vieta labai gera - netoli nuo centro ir su patogiu išvažiavimu iš miesto į greitkelį.

La proprietaria è un amore di donna! Gentilissima e veramente simpatica. Ti fa sentire come un familiare che va a trovarla. Se vi dice di non portare nulla, datele fiducia. Ci sono: asciugamani, accappatoi, affettati, parmigiano in snack, yogurt, profumi, bottiglia di prosecco, acqua, bagnoschiuma di marca, shampoo e quant'altro. Portatevi solo l'abbigliamento... Praticamente c'e di tutto, anche il latte senza lattosio. Marmellate, fette biscottate, succhi di frutta, merendine di ogni specie e genere, ecc.

Perfekt für die Besichtigung von Parma

Wenn es für das Frühstück noch frische Brötchen oder ein Brot gegeben hätte wären 10 Punkte vergeben worden. Perfekte original eingerichtete italienische Wohnung mit bequemem Bett in ruhiger Wohngegend. Paola ist eine sehr nette Person, sehr bemüht um die Gäste.
