Location, convenient and close to Zagreb railway and bus station (15 to 20 min walk). Apartment was spacious, had 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, entirely available for buses.

It was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. Faced difficulty in taking our 3 large suitcases through stairs climbing up. It was quite tiring. Apartment had no complimentary tea/coffee sachets, which most of the apartments generally provide. The chairs in the terrace were broken. The tea kettle was grimy from inside. Didn't feel like using it. One of the charging sockets in the bedroom was broken. The basin tap was loose and moving. TV had only the local channels, and no apps like YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc.

It was warm.

The apartment needs a really thorough deep cleaning. The sofa is very dirty and greasy, beds were uncomfortable with no duvet, only a blanket and sheet. Sheets were old and thin, with old stains on them. They were clean but it didn’t make a good impression. The bathroom also needs a very good clean. The utensils in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was broken and unuseable (see pictures). The access is via some slippery steps, would be difficult getting suitcases up, but we were okay with backpacks. There isn’t much around the area.
