About this cottage rental
Our Kennedy Cottage includes a king size bed, private bath, and gas fireplace . It has a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and fridge and direct access to the hot tub and pool. Bath Robes, Beekman Bath Amenities, new bedding, Magnavox Roku TV, and upgraded WIFI included. Guest lounge on the second floor where you will have access to a daily continental breakfast, coffee 24/7, Board Games, and glassware.
Our rooms include private bath, king or queen bed, self-serve continental breakfast, and terry robes.

The owner's of this cottage are wonderful! This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is cozy and just what wanted. The hot tub is well maintained and the walk to the village is under a mile. We will definitely be back next year period.

Really cute cottage that is separate from the main inn. Very close proximity to the hot tub--which was great in the cold! The little fridge had some juice, water and yogurts for us to enjoy. The policy of the inn is to cook a hot breakfast for you on the day you depart, and it was lovely. The hosts are a very welcoming and kind couple. We would stay again!

You will not be disappointed with the Kennedy Cottage at Saisons Inn. The cottage is perfect, and the location is convenient to Holiday Valley ski resort. Spacious, well equipped, and there is a hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes. Deborah and Jean-Yves are terrific hosts. Jean-Yves stayed up late the night of our arrival to welcome us.

My wife and I have been wanting to go skiing at Holiday Valley for quite some time and we found this perfect cottage for our stay. The property is wonderful and everything as advertised, and we loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owners were great and treated us with some delicious baked muffins and cakes during our stay. The location of the cottage is just on the outer edge of Ellicottville and is an easy drive or walk into town. We would definitely book the Kennedy Cottage again on our next trip to Ellicottville.
