The Space:
This cozy ground-floor studio in Wildflower is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a family of up to 3 with the use of the trundle bed, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat near Ellicottville.

The luxury king bed provides a restful night’s sleep, while the twin trundle beds offer extra sleeping space. The living area features a 55” Roku TV, Sonos sound system, and a gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or relaxing.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table that seats two but expands to four when using the two chairs located on the patio.

A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The in-unit washer/dryer combo is convenient for small laundry loads.

Step outside to the private patio, where you’ll find comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. During mid-April to mid-November, two bikes are available for use (weather permitting) to explore town or visit nearby attractions. There’s also a dog run on the porch and green space off the patio for your furry friend’s enjoyment. A mini-split system ensures year-round comfort with both heating and cooling.

The condo includes free parking and a 120V outlet accessible from the parking lot for EV charging. Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry, making your stay hassle-free. Whether you're hiking, exploring the area, or simply relaxing, this pet-friendly cozy retreat in Wildflower is the perfect home base.

Getting Around:
This condo offers multiple ways to explore the area conveniently:

🚶‍♂️ Walking: Stroll 9 minutes to Holiday Valley's Sunrise Lift (0.4 miles) or take a pleasant walk to the village, just under a mile away.
🚐 Shuttle: Holiday Valley Resort provides a shuttle service to the main lodge.
🚲 Bikes: Seasonal bikes are provided, making it easy to get to Holiday Valley's Sunrise Lift in 2-3 minutes or the village center in under 5 minutes.

Whether on foot, by bike, or via shuttle, navigating the area is simple and enjoyable.
