Well equipped unit. Oven trays found to be put back greasy (unwashed?). Air-conditioning broken so R/E agent provided a portable unit but it was not as effective, especially in the bathroom.
Spacious unit for 2 adults. Nice outlook (not the beach, but rooftops, trees and hills). Small balcony but OK for getting fresh air. An easy chair would be nice out there. Small clothes line on balcony and pegs provided. Good washing machine! Good parking for 1 car and outside 2 visitor spaces. (There is some street parking but there are parking meters in use).
Long walk to the indoor pool! Balcony was not clean (spiders, cobwebs, grit and sand??).
I was not offered a second access key (I booked for 2 adults).

I liked the location, Port Stephens is beautiful.
The pots and pans were in poor condition,
The pillow cases wasn’t clean.
