The apartment was fantastic, very roomy, well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. Views were a bonus and amazing. Shoal Bay is a beautiful place to stay, went there for a 70th birthday and what a wonderful place.
An information booklet would have been helpful, didn’t see the poster in the kitchen with details of the spa until we were leaving.

Location perfect, views exceptional, facilities fantastic. Easy access to loads of resturants. Well kept and supplied apartment amaxing balcony
The air conditioning was just awful. It only allows you to have it on in the living area or the bedrooms at any one time, doesn't work through out the whole apartment all at once which is ridiculous. It also would not go below 25/26 degree on the cool setting, again ridiculous you may as well just be outside. For the price you are paying this apartment this air con should be fully functional in every room and at the desired temp of like 22 degrees, air con fan barely blew any air either. Considering there are no ceiling fans in any room thats really not good enough as the until gets loads of lovely sun and can get quite hot
