Met gezin op bezoek in Kinmen. Heerlijk rustige eiland. We verbleven in opgeknapte historische huis in Min Nan architectuur. Huis is al 200 jaar in familiebezit. Meneer Xu (Kho) kan van alles over de geschiedenis van Kinmen en het huis vertellen, maar wel alleen in het Chinees. Met een goede vertaalapp kom je een eind. Ontbijt is iedere dag weer ander. Eerste dag een hartige rijstepap met deegsticks. Tweede dag een hamburger.
Een huurauto is een must. Bedden aan de harde kant.
