距離金城市區近、交通方便，民宿外有充足的停車空間，民宿的門鎖是電子鎖、不用擔心沒有帶鑰匙的問題，一樓客廳空間舒適、可飲食、有飲水機、微波爐、冰箱等，二樓以上為住宿房間、不可飲食，房間佈置舒適、乾淨整潔、床鋪軟硬適中、棉被溫暖、有冷暖氣不用擔心太冷或太熱、盥洗空間大，老闆親切好客，房費不高非常划算，整體住宿經驗很滿意

入住時反應一樓公共空間打掃不乾淨，隔天依然沒有打掃，兩個晚上都如此，老闆配合的租車比外面貴2-300元，要租的人建議多比價，老闆非常隨性，相關事宜都是當天討論（例如早餐或接送）讓人行程有點不安，沒辦法提前安排好事情，滿油還車油箱差了不到0.5格，補油價價格居然是200元，我們開了2-3格也才加油500元，小插曲讓人心情不太愉快，不過如果沒租車就沒有以上問題，住宿以價錢來說還可以接受。
