MODERN LUXURY VILLA IN VERY QUIET RESIDENCE

In a quiet luxury residence but close to all amenities. during your stay : EVERYTHING IS ACCESSIBLE ON FOOT!!! Beach-city-shopping-restaurant-maritime shuttle to St Tropez
Ground floor: American kitchen, large living room of more than 50m2, open on terrace-pool, large parental bedroom with bathroom open on terrace. Separate WC, washing machine/dryer equipment. Numerous cupboards.
Upper floor: master bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower and WC), small terrace with 180 degree sea view; master bedroom with bathroom, TV area and games for children; cabin bedroom (2 single bunk beds)
TV screen in each bedroom and living room (except cabin room)
Large wooden terrace: lounging area, private swimming pool (4.6x3) with alarm, outdoor lounge area, dining area. Landscaped area.
1 closed garage and 1 parking space in front of the villa

Exceptional location: 150 m from the Croisette beach and sailing club, tennis club at 700m, restaurant at the bottom of the estate, St Maxime town centre 6-8 minutes on foot with access to the port for the shuttle to St Tropez. Easy access by car to St Tropez: villa located just outside St Maxime in the direction of St Tropez.
Ideal villa for family holidays to easily enjoy a private pool and beach on foot. Ideal villa with friends for lazy days in the sun on the terrace, evenings in the centre of St Maxime animated all year round (CASINO) and easy access by shuttle to St Tropez day and night (very regular maritime shuttle day and night, every 20-30 minutes in high season, every hour in low season).
Immediate proximity (3-4 min walk): bike rental, 2-wheelers rental, boat rental, sailing club, beach restaurant, tennis
ARRIVAL AT 17:00. NO LATER THAN 7 PM
Departure 10H.
TENNIS: 20 m away. Possibility to book private lessons. The court is available with the rental for 3 hours per week, subject to the owner being informed at the time of booking and subject to availability on site.
- The price of the rent includes the cleaning of the house. A weekly cleaning is carried out. Extra charge Day of intervention to be defined on arrival. The tenant is responsible for emptying the bins and cleaning the toilets.
- Household linen, sheets and pool towels included
- Deposit not debited: credit card imprint principle, managed directly by the site when you book.
- Possibility of a reduction for a stay of 2 weeks or more to be discussed with the owner
- Possibility of shopping service for the first few days (fridge filled according to your wishes) in option
- Possibility of childcare as an option
- Pets on request. Extra charge possible.

Everything was perfect.
Cool house, architecture, view, pool, location., equipment.
Close to beach and good restaurants, close to the city centre.
Tennis court round the corner.
Very nice landlords and manager.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to rest & relax, this is it! Stunning views of the harbor, gorgeous, new property with luxurious finishes, this was the absolute perfect stay! Check in was a bit confusing as we don’t speak much French and address was difficult to find, but host was beyond accommodating and ensured we were well set up—personally escorting us to the property! We cannot recommend this host more—gorgeous accommodations, close to town, and most importantly, close to the beach! 10/10 highly recommend!
